Applying to MU
Once an application for admission has been completed and received, it will be submitted to and reviewed by the Admissions Committee; students may expect to hear from the University promptly. Applicants must send the required items to:

Application Components
- Completed Application Form
- Official transcripts from each institution attended (directly from the issuing institution)
- Three letters of recommendation from a pre-med advisor, a professor with whom the applicant has studied, or a physician with whom the applicant has worked. (Must be sent directly from the writer.)
- A nonrefundable application fee of $75.00 U.S. by Money order.
- MCAT Scores if available.
- Current resume with chronological listing of educational and employment history
- An Essay letter from the student indicating why does he/she wants to be a physician

Withdrawal
Students wishing to withdraw from MILIK must obtain an Official Withdrawal Form and return it, with all appropriate signatures, to the Registrar’s Office
Refund of Tuition and Fees
Students who officially withdraw will be credited according to the following schedule:
- Before the first day of classes: 100%
- During the first ten weeks of the semester: tuition and fees are prorated
- After the first ten weeks of the semester, MILIK retains full tuition and fees
Transfer Credit/Advanced Standing
Students who have taken medical courses at other recognized medical schools may be eligible for transfer credit. Requests for transfer credit or advanced standing must be made when applying, and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Failed Courses
Students must repeat any failed courses, for which they will be charged.
Requirements for Graduation
- Satisfactory completion of all Basic Sciences and Clinical Sciences curriculum requirements.
- Payment of all financial obligations to MILIK, including graduation fee
- Exit interview

MILIK requires that students adhere to the highest level of integrity regarding intellectual honesty.
Code of Conduct and Ethics
MILIK requires that students conduct themselves in an honorable and moral fashion both on and off campus and carry such codes into their professional lives.

- A statement describing why you want to be a Physician
