Although federal financial aid is not available at the moment, other sources for student loans are being negotiated. As soon as information becomes available, it will be posted otherwise.

For Citizens or permanent residents of United States, MILIK University is negotiating student loans programs with some independents loan institutions.

Students are encouraged to seek and search for other sources for educational financial support.

Tuition fees are US$7000.00 per semester for the first four semesters of basic sciences.

Tuition fee for the fifth semester (transition from basic sciences to clinical rotations) is US$8000.00. A preparation course for USMLE step-1 will be integrated in this semester

Provisional tuition fees for the final five semesters of clinical rotations are US$9000.00 per semester.

The above does not include other expenses e.g. books, laptop, tools, accommodation, evacuation and medical insurance.

The cost of housing in St. Kitts is reasonable.

Apartments range from US$500.00 to US$800.00 per calendar month depending on the location. Homes for rent range from US$700.00 to 1500.00. It is a common practice for students to share apartments or houses with their colleagues. Married couples or students with children are advised to contact real estate agents to find a suitable accommodation. Following acceptance and admission of students, the university housing advisory support representative may offer guidance if needed.

Text books cost approximately US$750.00 per semester.

Students should have their own medical insurance coverage arranged prior to leaving US. Medical Insurance should be effective while on St. Kitts and are expected to show a proof of that coverage when required. Medical and Evacuation insurance can be arranged for students subject to payment of the full required fees in advance prior to leaving US.

There are three semesters per annum.
