Housing

Every possible effort will be taken to insure the comfort of the students.

Enrolled students will receive guidance from our housing department in locating suitable premises.

The cost of housing in St. Kitts is reasonable. Apartments range from US$500.00 to US$800.00 per calendar month depending on the location. Single small homes for rent range from US$700.00 to 1500.00. It is a common practice for students to share apartments or houses with their colleagues.

Married couples or students with children are advised to contact real estate agents to find a suitable accommodation. Several real estate offices are available on the island and are very helpful.

Following acceptance and admission of students, the university housing advisory support representative may offer guidance if needed.

The school is currently negotiating for dormitory facilities for accommodating the initial enrolling students, at a reasonable cost.

The local currency is Eastern Caribbean Dollar. The avarege rate of exchange is 1$US=2.68$EC. All shops, restaurants and amenities use both $EC and $US.

Travelling
